Convenient location, friendly staff upgraded our room for the baby, comfortable beds, clean room, early check-in accommodated.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient, making our check-in process fast and hassle-free. The spacious and comfortable room provided us with a great night's sleep on the comfortable beds. The convenience of having a fridge and microwave in the room was a bonus. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to many attractions in this city, including the Garde Center. It was also within walking distance to restaurants, which made it convenient for us to enjoy a drink or two with dinner.

Very big & reasonably priced hotel! We spent 1 night in king room. In addition, free Wi-Fi was handy;)))

Appreciated that we had a heating system, ironing facilities and a work desk in the queen room. The staff always were pleasant. There was plenty of food, in general it was Very good.

The Holiday Inn in New London exceeded our expectations in every way. As a light sleeper, I was relieved to find that the rooms were incredibly quiet and peaceful. The comfortable beds and abundance of pillows ensured a restful night's sleep. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were remarkably friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We especially appreciate their recommendation for a nearby Italian restaurant, which turned out to be fantastic. The hotel's location, only three blocks from the ferry docks to Block Island, was incredibly convenient for our morning departure. the hotel's facilities and amenities were outstanding, with wide hallways, spacious rooms, and modern fixtures. The ample parking and its safe location near the police station provided us with added peace of mind.

Our experience at the Holiday Inn in New London was truly exceptional, and we have no complaints whatsoever. Every aspect of our stay made us feel special and well taken care of.

Room was nice but bathroom had water stained ceiling with sheetrockfollowing down. Shower valve was backwards hot was cold and cold was hot.

Location

Underconstruction-only one elevator working creaint long delays. This used to be a good 3+ strt hotel. But this weekend it was more a 2- in overall qaualtiy. Room was spartan and looked run down. Then I remembered.....the second floor the past 2 years ahd been used to house overflow students from a local college. It looked beat up. Shower would not drain-no hair dryer-general rundown appearance of carpets/walls etc. For al this the pricing was inflated for what one received. It is under construction to become a Holiday Inn Express-given its location it is hoped that it will regaine some quality of the past.

This hotel is a great value for money, offering affordable prices for spacious and well-furnished rooms. The attention to detail is commendable, especially with comfortable beds that ensure a good night's sleep. Its central location in the heart of town makes it convenient for exploring the area, and being close to the train station is a bonus.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Nothing, it was false advertising!! On-line they said, "renovation of the pool would be finished by november 1st" & it was far from finished on the 30th of November.. I would've never booked a room there if that would've been mentionrd. Got there early to only have to stay in room for 4hrs, Lobby, pool & basically all of the hotel was under renovation, boooo!!

Nothing to enjoy about it, it was under total renovation & I wouldn't feed my dog there continental breafast, utt!!

Easy check-in, large room, comfy beds, good wifi. Friendly staff at front desk and restaurant. Recommended a great nearby Italian restaurant. Close to ferry docks.

They are in the middle of remodeling so there was construction everywhere. Trash was laying around outside the front of the building. The entrance to the front of the building was closed but there was no sign to advise you until you brought all your luggage from the car to the door and saw a little note on the door. We then had to drag everything around to the back of the building. Just inconvenient after a tiring day of driving. And no apology from the front desk person. The ice machines were all disconnected. They promised to bring a refrierator into our room but never showed. The front desk people were not very . Not happy with our stay.

The room was cozy and comfortable. The beds were well made, and the room had a serene atmosphere, perfect for a holiday getaway. We enjoyed the complimentary parking, which saved us time and money. The hotel was also located near some great restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore without having to travel far.

The hotel staff lacked motivation and was not very helpful. The front desk attendants we met didn't seem interested in their job and were unwilling to offer information about the area or the hotel facilities.

Even though the hotel is being renovated, our room was clean, light and updated. Breakfast was great. Shuttle service to the Mohegan Sun was a plus.

Elevator needs to be updated. Shuttle van needs to be cleaned and serviced.

Convenient location near Garde Arts Center. Comfortable beds and easy check-in/check-out process. Helpful and accommodating staff. Clean and fresh rooms. Decent complimentary breakfast with a variety of options.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was excellent and they started serving before 6;30 which was a big help due to the fact I was leaving @ 6;30
